Our telephone did not work properly, so that we were unable to use room service. We reported the proble, but nothing was done about it and no one came back to us about it.

Excellent location, most of the staff were friendly.

One staff member in a hotel bar was not friendly. Toilet and bathroom system in the room was interesting and we did not like it so much. More privacy is needed.

Forget about what others have written. Putting the frosted glass bathroom aside,-which was not a problem for our family-, check in was fast and with friendly smiles, our requests (free early check in and late check out, room with a view, extra pillows and towels) were answered again with friendly smiles, breakfast perfect, spagos bar and restaurant was lovely, location could not ve been better.

Nothing really...Other guests might have had problems but we had nothing at all.

Location

Rooms were very small and not private. The toilet did not have a proper door-just a swinging coloured glass door that did not close fully and had a gap at the side. No sound proofing at all between bathroom and bedroom. Heating/ air conditioning could not be adjusted to individual preferences within the room.Could not turn either of them off completely so air really dry and room too warm.
