Very friendly staff, big room, complimentary neespaper each day, coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave oven! just small remark on the breakfast - it should be little bit more to choose, but it was very nice, no complains |

Extremely good location (right beside a U2 station). Very kind staffs. Spacious room. And great breakfast! There is nothing in particular, but if I dare to say something, the cost for wireless connection was rather expensive (3 euro/hour). |

We booked a twin room and were given a large apartment for 2 people with huge amount of storage space. Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December. Extremely welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Spotlessly clean. Excellent rate. Only small items - could have done with an extra bedside light and there was no bottle opener for the mineral water provided. |

the location-metro and bus stops at the doorstep of the hotel-,spacious rooms- matresses on the fifth floor,i think that the renovation of the hotel did not reach at this time the fifth floor. |

Great price, superb location right across street from Bülowstr. U-Bahn stop, quiet locale and large room a couple of the cheese and meat items on the breakfast bar looked a little old, picked up key after hours at Istanbul Grill across street, but not really a problem, Grill itself yummy and cheap |

The rooms was huge and very nice, the attention was excellent. The hotel is very well located and the price we got was so low for that kind of room, that I didn't believe it. |

The location of the the hotel is excellent. I have visited Berlin on numerous occasions and I would recommend this location to anyone particulary because of it's proximiyu to the U-Bahn. |

I continued my stay 3 more days and felt quite at home. Did my laundry today at the machines provided with the help of the staff. Safe residential neighborhood off the beaten track where real Berliners live. U-Bahn is across the street for the main east-west line U2. Lots of families staying here but one never hears the kids except at breakfast. |

Was very clean, it looked like it had just been renovated. Breakfast room was very nice. They were renovating level 1 during my stay but there was no noise from this during hours that you were in the hotel. They had a kettle to make tea and coffee but did not provide tea bags of sugar, which I found annoying as for 3 days I had to go and buy a box of tea and sugar. |
